How To Make Money Online For A Full Time Living

One of the questions that I am asked regularly is - how do I make a full time living from the internet? Now, if that is something that you have been wondering yourself - how do these guys live the dream by working from home, or in fact anywhere in the world - then I've got the answer for you.

So How Do you Do It? I'm going to run you through a few steps that you can follow through to get started with making your own online money. First off, we need a plan. Now the plan that I'm going to suggest is affiliate marketing. I've been using this for years to make money online and it isn't as hard as it might sound.

Affiliate marketing is, to put it simply, all about being the middle man between a consumer and a merchant. The job of the affiliate is to market the product on the web, so that it looks appealing enough for a consumer to make a purchase. When they do make a purchase, the affiliate will earn a commission percentage.

Probably the best commission is earned from sites such as Clickbank, a site that is a tool to connect with merchants who sell informational products. Other sites include Commission Junction and Amazon. Depending on what your passion is, you will most likely be able to find a product that fits.

Where do you start? To get started, I advise that you learn as much as you can about internet marketing. One of the simplest methods to learn is how to write articles for sites such as Ezinearticles or Squidoo. The articles need to be well written and to provide interesting, useful and engaging content that your readers will find value in. At the end of the article, you will have a chance to put a link through to your site or to the product page so that the reader has an opportunity to read more about a product. However, do not write your articles just like a sales brochure, or they will not be accepted.

What Else Do I Need to Know? You'll need to have some persistence and some get up and go in the early days. It could be a couple of weeks before you make your first sale. It's advisable to take high quality advice from somebody who knows what they are talking about too. There are many so called 'gurus' on the web, who profess to be able to make you money in no time at all. Remember that there is no such thing as money for nothing and that you will have to put some work in to be able to earn your first sale.

As you learn more about internet marketing, you will become more adept at making money online and will learn short cuts and routes that can bring you further and faster success.

So for the beginner, I would suggest the following:

a) read as much as you can about internet marketing from somebody who knows what they are talking about

b) understand how to perform article marketing

c) set up a free blog

d) pick your products

And there you have it, simple steps to follow but very effective.
